Carrier delays, customs inspections, and weather are outside our control. We will always help you chase a parcel, but we cannot guarantee a delivery date.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully before you order. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange reshipping at your cost.
