Shipping costs

Shipping is added at checkout. You will see the exact cost for your order and your address before you pay, and nothing is added afterwards.

Every order is packed and posted by hand from Hawaiʻi, and orders usually leave us within one to two business days.

International

We ship to a number of countries. Available destinations and services are shown at checkout. Delivery times vary considerably by country.

Any customs duties or import taxes are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot calculate them in advance.

We do not accept returns or exchanges

All sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds, including for change of mind, sizing, or colour. Please look carefully at the photos and the description before you order, and ask us first if anything is unclear.

If there is a problem with your order

Get in touch through our contact page, or come and see us in person. Tell us your order number and what has gone wrong, and send a photograph if you can. We look at every case individually and will do what we reasonably can, though we cannot promise a particular outcome.
